It's Comiket 74. That means piles of shit to download. Exchange Share hashes, torrent links, XDCC bot names/IDs and direct downloads and whatnot. Everything is fair game.
Make sure to include file names or at least some kind of description. A bare minimum on Share hashes should be the hash and the file name or some kind of synopsis. You can copy this by right clicking entries in Share and choosing "Copy all fields" or something along those lines.
Fundamental information on Share follows for those who haven't set it up:
If you find any other lists, post them here.
Save the file and run Share. Go to the Nodes tab and pick "Add node". Pick "Load from file" and pick the file you just populated, then press "Add", then close. Alternatively you could take all those hashes and copy them into the box, but I keep a file so I don't need to repeat the process ever.
4. Set up the network stuff. Go to Settings -> General settings. In order of tabs:
Profile: Leave this blank or add a name/trip. I suggest doing so. My ID is arcturusJA7g9iDOe.
Network: Set this accordingly. Share has a minimum of 50KBytes upload I think, so just lie if you have to. Pick a port too, and make sure it's forwarded. Share will not work without the port being forwarded properly. I use port 37447 -- use a high number.
The rest of the stuff doesn't matter.
5. CLUSTERS! These help Share figure out who you want to connect to and stuff. You can have up to 5. I use the following: コミック, 同人, 東方, EAC and c74. Each of those are their own entry. Change them to suit what you want I guess. Check all 5 and pick OK.
6. Folders. Go to the Folders tab and choose "Add folder". You need to add two types of folder: a download folder and a cache folder. You can set a quota on your cache folder if you want. I suggest making the folders in your Share dir, but it doesn't really matter.
That's Share set up enough. Pick Connect under the Nodes tab to start connecting to people. To search, put an entry in the top box under keyword. You can pick an ID if you're looking for something from somebody in particular. The searches come up under the tabs, and the Query tab shows them along with filtering options. Right click the entries to do stuff with them.
Now, all of this is fine for personal use. But the point of exchanging Share hashes is so that people can set files to download when found on Share. To do this, set up triggers under the Triggers tab. There's a good explanation at http://uguu.org/share/guide.html#3 which you should figure out.
More information on Share can be found at http://uguu.org/share/.
Remember to exchange hashes or links to any downloads of interest or lack of interest.

Disc B is pretty useless. Disc A has a program which lets you pick all the things you would hypothetically get at Comiket. Might be useful for deciding what to look for and to set triggers.
Note that the Disc A program crashes unless dates are in Japanese format and your location is Japan, along with a non-unicode Japanese locale. Took me a while and some babelfishing of 2ch to figure this out.
If you get a time check error on Share your clock is wrong. Fix it and restart Share.
