Fate DS on M3L (6)

I done all the thing that in the readme, but when I try to run the vnds.nds, it just show me black screen. I have tried to patch DLDI in it, but still black screen, who can help me?

1.choose vnds.nds,patch DLDI,then press START to launch
2.rename vnds.ds.gba to vnds.nds,patch DLDI,then press A to launch

I use an M3 lite (slot-2) SD, and when I use either of these listed methods, launching the game causes the screen to flash white once, and then go black. No further progress is made. Any thoughts?

Alright, updating the version to 1.3.7 enabled the DLDI patch to make VNDS work, but now it cannot save. Once more, thoughts would be helpful.
