A small thing I noticed, is that, in hf05-04.scr, when the script tries to reference the homeroom bell sound, it actually plays what I guess is a train tracks sound instead. Is it possible that there are two sound files named the same? Or perhaps the script is just calling for the wrong file? Thought I'd mention it. After all, it's not like there's anywhere else to say anything about it.
