What on earth is Guru Meditation Error?
This popped up while I was playing Fate/ Stay Night --- I can't progress because of the error.
what on earth is this bug report?
there is no information on when it happens and what is being done --- I can`t progress because of the error.
Most probably caused by the new mp3 specs of 1.5.1
Guru Meditation seems to be some kind of nerdy insider-joke. There are lots of programs giving out this error but all under different circumstances, so I guess it doesn't really say something about why or how the bug occured.

I replaced the mp3 files as instructed, but the problem persists.
If anyone remembers the story of FSN, it is the part near the beginning where the class tries to wake up Taiga (the teacher).
The screen turns red and looks something like this:
