Not entirely true. Some people are working on Tomoyo After, albeit the PC version.
Beeboy, there's little way to make a VNDS version without the original translated. So you'll have to wait for this one. If it ever gets finished.

It'll take a while for the pc version to be done, so don't hold your breath.
Also, why its also by Key, unlike Clannad Tomoyo After was a H-Game.

Well for Tomoya After, they also made a version for all ages.

I dunno about Tomoyo After...I have no idea how Tomoyo had more popularity than Kotomi (obviously my favorite character xD).

haha, sorry, Kotomi was awesome, but Tomoyo had actual personality ^^
And huh, sorry, somehow missed the fact they made an all ages version (and ported to the psp no less)
But the English translation going on atm is for the 18+ version, so If we ever port this to ds it'l most likely be this version
