dstetris

Name dstetris
Developer(s) Alvin
Status 1.0.0/active (1.1.0 = ulib->libnds port - why the hell does vsnprintf not work on DS?)
Language(s) C++
Library(s) libnds, uLibrary
License GNU GPL
Platform(s) Nintendo DS

dstetris is a version of the popular puzzle game Tetris for the DS. It's written using libnds and uLibrary, and is a substitute for Nintendo's Tetris DS. It abides by various Tetris Company guidelines, along with extensive configuration options.

It doesn't look very spectacular, so here are some advantages over Tetris DS:
* No 'store' function. It's stupid. If you use it, you suck. Get a better version of Tetris (dstetris).
* dstetris only shows one block for preview. Why would you need more? That's cheating.
* Probably saves on battery life. At the moment dstetris makes no sound and is very lacking in aesthetics, hence better battery life.
* It's to the point. Why go through several menus just to play normal Tetris.
* It's free. So are ROMs, but this is legal.

In conclusion, just don't bother. I made it for myself, so download it if you suck as much as I do.
